Sifu Marvin German combines over fifty-five years of martial arts training, more than thirty years of Tai Chi practice, and a background in sports medicine as an athletic field trainer to teach Tai Chi for Longevity. Developed with the guidance and blessing of his Grandmaster, this system blends traditional Tai Chi principles with modern body mechanics to help practitioners improve balance, strength, stability, and overall wellness through mindful movement.
